Who is responsible

What we collect and why

When you buy a guide: your name, email address, billing country and payment details. We use them to process your payment, send you the guide and your receipt, answer your questions and keep the accounting records the law requires. Legal basis: performing our contract with you and our legal obligations. Your card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store them.

Emails to customers: if you buy a guide, we may also email you occasional skin tips and news about our own similar guides and offers, as mentioned at checkout. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping customers informed about similar products, as allowed by Belgian and EU law for existing customers. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can stop these emails at any time.

When you join the newsletter: your email address and, if you give it, your first name. We use them to send you the emails you signed up for. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email.

When you email us: your email address and your message, to answer you.

When you visit the website: our host processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the pages and protect the site. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Who receives your data

We share data only with the services we need: Stripe (payments), Sender (email), Cloudflare (website hosting) and Zoho (our inbox). Some of these companies are based outside the European Union; where they are, the transfer is protected by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Order and accounting data: 7 years, as required by Belgian accounting law. Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe. Emails: as long as needed to answer you, and at most 3 years.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to receive a copy, or to object to or restrict how we use it. Email hello@goodinherskin.com.
